Terms of Service

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.

2. Event Requirements

Clients must provide adequate space (minimum 8ft x 8ft), access to a standard electrical outlet, and a covered/indoor setup area. Outdoor events require a tent or covered space for our equipment.

3. Equipment & Liability

JellyBooth equipment remains our property. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests during the event. We carry liability insurance for standard event coverage.

4. Photo Usage

By booking our services, you grant JellyBooth permission to use event photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the event.

5. Additional Hours

Extra hours beyond the package duration are available at $100 per hour, subject to availability. Please confirm additional hours at least 48 hours before your event.
